General Summary:
Provide tactical and operational support to Vertex’s Cystic Fibrosis–focused Marketing strategy in Brazil, ensuring excellence in execution, governance, compliance, and cross-functional integration, with direct support to Sales teams in a highly specialized rare disease environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Operations

  • Coordinate the execution of Cystic Fibrosis marketing plans, campaigns, promotional materials, and educational initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, internal approvals, and interfaces with agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure message consistency, alignment with global strategy, and accurate local adaptation for the CF landscape.
Sales Support
  • Provide direct marketing support to Sales teams, including field materials, campaign rollouts, launch readiness, and ongoing tactical execution.
  • Coordinate sales enablement materials and ensure alignment between marketing strategy and field execution.
  • Support internal sales meetings, cycle meetings, and training initiatives.
Governance & Compliance.
  • Support promotional material approval processes (Veeva Vault or similar), ensuring full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Support budget control, purchase orders, contracts, and financial follow-up with a high level of accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal/Compliance, and external agencies.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and commercial events, congresses, and field initiatives focused on Cystic Fibrosis.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Support campaign performance tracking, execution KPIs, sales-related dashboards and status reporting for leadership.
  • Organize executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and materials.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with compliance-driven environments and promotional material approval processes.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and professional communication).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and executive-level PowerPoint proficiency.
